SWOT. A four-letter word that's become a corporate buzzword. But let's strip away the jargon.

SWOT is simply a snapshot of your world. It's a way to look inward and outward, to see what you've got going for you, what's holding you back, what's out there to grab, and what's coming to bite you. It's for the entrepreneur wrestling with a new idea, the kid fresh out of school trying to figure out their next move, and the seasoned pro wondering what's next.

Stop thinking of SWOT as a box to check. It's a launchpad. It's a weapon against the status quo. Your strengths aren’t trophies, they’re ammunition. Your weaknesses aren’t failures, they’re opportunities to change the game. Your opportunities aren’t wishes, they’re missions. And your threats? They’re just more challenges to overcome.

So, ditch the spreadsheets and the consultants. Grab a napkin, a whiteboard, or just your brain. Look inside and out. What do you see? That’s your SWOT. Now, do something with it.

What are you waiting for?
